Joining a household
If someone invited you, open their invitation link and use the same email they invited. If you want a separate family garage, request early access.
Account and data requests
Contact us for account removal, deletion questions or help recovering your collection. Household settings offers a collection-data export when available; that file does not include photo files. Removing an adult’s access keeps their contributed cars, notes and photos in the shared household.
Catalog corrections
Send the model name, brand and any packaging code or source link that helps identify the edition. Don’t share another household’s photos without permission. Catalog corrections are reviewed separately from your private collection.
