Your family’s collection stays with your family.
TinyTreads helps adults keep track of a household’s toy vehicles. This notice describes the current beta.
Updated October 10, 2026
What we collect
Sign-in information includes your email, account identifier, and basic profile information supplied by Google when you use Google sign-in. We also store the garage names, family display names and emojis, vehicle details, quantities, favorites, wishlists, notes and photos you choose to add.
Early-access requests include your verified email and any optional name or note you submit. Support messages are received at our support inbox. Our hosting and authentication providers may process technical records such as request information, IP addresses and security logs.
How it is used
We use this information to sign you in, manage invitations and access, save your collection, operate the service and respond to support requests. Google sign-in requests basic identity information; TinyTreads does not request access to your Gmail inbox, Drive or contacts.
We use sign-in cookies to maintain your session and a short-lived cookie to complete invitation or early-access sign-in. The application currently includes no advertising trackers. Fonts served by Google Fonts may involve a request from your browser to Google.
Who can see your collection
Adults who belong to your household can browse and edit its shared collection and photos. The household owner manages membership. Other households cannot browse your private collection through the application.
Family uploads are not automatically published to the shared catalog. Only a small group of trusted photo editors can explicitly contribute a resized copy to the shared catalog. Only the app owner can approve a submitted copy as the catalog default. Other admitted families can then view that approved copy; private originals, names, notes and collection details are not included. Each household’s own photo takes priority. The app owner can withdraw a catalog photo, though an already issued viewing link can remain valid for up to one hour. Service administration and support may require authorized access to stored information; household privacy does not mean administrators of the underlying infrastructure can never access it.
Photos and service providers
New uploads are resized and image metadata is removed during preparation. Previously stored files and older versions may remain while the beta develops. Photos are stored in a private bucket, and authorized viewers receive temporary viewing links. Removing someone’s membership blocks new authorized requests, but an already issued link can remain valid until it expires.
We use Supabase for authentication, database and photo storage; Vercel for application hosting; Google for optional sign-in and fonts; and Cloudflare for the domain and support-email forwarding. These providers process information needed to deliver their services. Support mail is forwarded to the operator’s inbox.
Retention and your choices
We retain collection records while your household uses the beta. Replaced photo files and protected backups may be retained for recovery. Removing an item from the collection does not immediately erase its photos or notes.
You can edit collection information and download a data export from Household settings when export is available. For account removal, deletion, a photo copy or other privacy questions, contact support@tinytreads.app. We will explain how the request affects shared household records and retained backups before carrying it out. This is currently a manual support process.
Accounts are for adults
Children do not need accounts. An adult manages collector garages on their behalf. Use a nickname if you prefer, and avoid adding sensitive personal information or photos you do not want other household members to see.
Changes and contact
We will update this notice as the service changes. The current version and date stay available here. Questions can be sent to support@tinytreads.app.
